What kind of paper can you use?

You can use any paper from 25gsm to 75gsm. We have found the best to be the lower gsm paper. This range goes from tissue paper to basic computer paper.

Why isn’t my paper crinkling?

The first few pieces of paper may not crinkle right away. You may need to run a few sheets of paper before the machine starts to crinkle. For stiffer paper, you may need to use the other brush that was included for heavier paper.

How long to receive my product?

All of our crinkle cutters are shipped from VA and will reach the continental US in less than 5 business days.
